80/20 Online Coaching - Get unlimited nutritional support via phone and email, scheduled progress checks, and food log reviews to determine how to match The 80/20 Plan with your schedule and lifestyle.

Personal Training

Personal training can be done individually or in groups (prices for each below).  We can also schedule a session on-site at your location.  Contact us for a quote (prices for on-site training determined by type of training, training time, and travel distance).

NOTE: We require 24 hours notice of any personal training session cancellation due to trainer scheduling.  If you cancel your session after the 24-hour period, you will still be responsible for the session cost.
