Runners!  Team Girl Fight wants YOU!

Do you participate in 5Ks?  Do you jog for fun?  Team Girl Fight is a group of women who are connected through their love of running.

What do we do?

Being a part of Team Girl Fight is easy -- we just run!  Whether it's finding a running buddy, joining the running club, or meeting at local races to participate as a team, Team Girl Fight creates support and camaraderie for runners of all ages and abilities.  You do not need to be fast or experienced.  You just need to put one foot in front of the other and GO!

Running Clubs

Team Girl Fight hosts seasonal running clubs for runners looking to get in their training runs in a supportive group setting.  Club runs can work perfectly just to build your general running fitness or to supplement your race training program.  Click here for more information about the Girl Fight Running Club.

These programs give you a complete plan for race-day success, guiding you from start to finish with group runs, weekly fitness plans, and cross-training workouts.  All programs are led by an experienced running coach who will give you support throughout the program and on race day.
