Prerequisite

Must be able to complete 3 miles either running or run/walking.

Meeting Time

Sundays at 9:00 AM, starting Sunday, September 11.

10-Week Program Includes:

  • Weekly Group Runs on Sundays at 9:00 AM
  • Weekly "Homework" Training Plans
  • Support, Guidance, and Accountability
  • Race-Day Support and Encouragement at the Stockade-athon
